Introductory Course & Pricelist Mixed Martial Arts & Sword Kids get started & prices Homepage Boxing get started Adults Get Started We offer a short beginners course designed to induct students seamlessly into our mainstream classes by teaching the basic technique and instruction in use of equipment. Even if you decide not to commit to our full program you will gain more than full value with the information you will receive in these classes. It is ok for kid's an adults to attend the same semi-private lesson if this suits. Recommended Starter Membership cost $199 10 Visits* including semi private lesson plus equipment included (16oz training/sparring gloves, wraps, skipping rope, Joe's Boxing T-shirt, Instructional training DVD) Value of equipment alone at least $99, *a visit is a day pass and participant could get at least 20 classes from this membership. Whole Timetable available including cross training with Mixed Martial Arts & Sword. Standard starter membership including equipment- $129 5 classes including semi private lesson ( bag gloves, wraps, skipping rope, Joe's Boxing T-shirt ) equipment value $60 Economy starter membership -Mixed Martial Arts & Sword Intro Course cost $99 & consists of 4 classes plus an initial semi-private lesson. Normal timeframe to complete the lessons would be a maximum of 3 months unless agreed because of circumstance. The first semi-private lesson is by appointment the times are Tuesdays 4pm & 6pm, Wednesday 4pm, Saturday (12.30pm sword only) 1.30pm & 4pm (other times by arrangement) On-going fees adults 10 visits for $250 $129 ($99 women & under 16's) per month unlimited training Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts & Sword Training
